How do I fix my computer?

I am unable to log in. Im stuck at the login screen. I know my password, the keypad and the mouse just will not work. I've tried doing everything I can think of to fix it. I've even tried reinstalling windows 7 on it with the disk that came with my laptop, but nothing happens when I put the disk in. I can't get to my desktop. I can't even login when I restart it in safe mode. This just happened randomly, and it's been like this for three days now. Is there ANY way I can fix this? Note: I CAN'T get to my desktop, therefore I CAN'T install anything or download anything. Please please help, I need my computer.
