What is this girl trying to make me think?

so a girl who i am just starting to talk to tells me im cute and likes my laugh but then all the time she will be like i will text you in a bit or call you in 5 min (usually talking over fb chat or even the phone) and then fails to follow through but then will continue to randomly call me and tell me how she thinks i am attractive i don't know what to think or what she means by all of this and what to do about it help?
