Plz help me what should i do?

in my face i hv little very little acne and so i became very angry and tensed from it that i rubbed my skin hardly with a towel that now two big rounds i mean red rounds has been formed on my skin....plz tell me that will these scars be gone or any medicine for it...or any home remedy is better so plz tell me....or i guess that the skin cells there may hv been destroyed...that's why the red rounds has formed so how much time will it take for the scars to go....coz next monday i hv a science day...plzz tell me some remedies so that i can give my skin cells moisture and protections as well as nourishement AND THE IMPORTANT QUESTION IN MY BRAIN IS WILL THESE SCARS BE GONE OR NOT....?????
