Did i do the right thing?

ok i broke up with my girlfriend because she treated me wrong all the time and didnt wanna spend time with me at all. i bought her so much stuff and treated her like a queen cus thats how a women should be treated in my opinion. well she keeps callin her ex bf and he doesnt want anything to do with her and i find that disrespectful to call him on the cell phone i bought her. because she kept bugging for one and she said its to call me but she calls her ex bf more then she did me. but her ex keeps his phone off. then she found his myspace and she took me off her top friends and deleted the pictures of me and her so it looks like she is still single. and she has a 1 year old son which i treated him like he is my own and all she says is i want this and i want that. but the problem is i love her so much that i cant stop thinkin about her. did i do the right thing by breaking up with her? when i broke up with her she said i was the last thing on her mind anyways.
