Does the Kin Two(m) get Pandora?

I'm getting the Kin Twom soon and I wanted to know if it was capable of getting pandora without a data plan and when I'm in a wi-fi area. Also can I get apps on it? And also does it have a hole for a cell phone charm? Ok thank you:)
