How do i reset my nokia e63?

no, i could not remember my lock code so, i formatted my phone by pressing down 3,* and green button then i put on the phone... after i was asked to put the lock code and i have tried 12345, 0000 but all did not work and my phone is down. pls i need an urgent solution pls!!.
