What rights does an american have when traveling abroad?

specificly Egypt. I have heard that when people take tours with an american based company they have to be accounted for : the cruise ship would not depart until all passengers had checked in. The can tell when one has entered their room or not Each person gets a cell #of the guide in case they get lost. How safe is Egypt? How easy is it to find your way around alone? I keep imagining that if you take a tour with an agent an Egypt tour agency, then how some how he or she has legal authortiy over you.

I am of two minds. No i don't think so as a lot of the time they are with a person they know, but on the other hand, i do think the child needs one if for example, they are at a fete or fair of somekind, with friends and no adult supervision.( especially the 12 to 14 year olds) Any other opinions. Me and this girl felt an attraction for each other, though we never admitted it (it was obvious). We texted during the winter break, but then we started to get farther apart. I don't let people get close to me so I blame myself for that. We are totally cool during school but she never replies my texts anymore. Here's an idea, since she's always working her butt off, give her something that she can do by herself, or something you can both do together. If you want to give her a present you can but her an hour massage, or if you wanna do stuff together, you can do anything that you have in common. But something you're mom would love, is if you went shopping with her and help her carry around groceries, or offer help when washing the dishes, or anything to make her feel appreciated. Your mom sounds really caring an loving, make sure she knows you're super grateful for that.

Dropped my phone in water..works but not the screen..what can i do?

I dropped my phone in water, dried it out with the cool setting of the hair dryer then left it in rice..the keypad lights up and i can make calls but my screen doesn't work. How can I fix this? Should I put it back in the rice for longer?
